At HYPLAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your computer.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
